Mission & Objectives

Kappa Lambda Chi Military Fraternity Inc. was founded on July 4th, 2013 at Nevaeh Sky Ranch near Clinton, North Carolina. As an organization, our objectives are the Promotion of Fidelity, Development of Wisdom, and Encouragement of High Ambition.

Fidelity

We uphold unwavering loyalty to our brothers, our communities, and the values that define us as military men. Fidelity is the bedrock upon which our brotherhood stands.

Wisdom

Through continuous learning and mentorship, we develop the intellectual capacity to lead with purpose. Wisdom guides our decisions and shapes our impact.

High Ambition

We encourage each brother to pursue excellence in every endeavor. High ambition drives us to set bold goals and achieve them through discipline and determination.

History of Beta Chapter

2013

National Founding

Kappa Lambda Chi Military Fraternity Inc. was founded on July 4th, 2013 at Nevaeh Sky Ranch near Clinton, North Carolina.

2014

Beta Chapter Established

Beta Chapter of Northern Virginia stood up on 6 September 2014 with its first active meeting held on 13 September 2014 at Brother Gryphon's house in Woodbridge, VA. Six founding members were in attendance.

2015

First Intake Line

Spring 2015 saw the Alpha Line — Brothers of Sincerity and Significance (B.O.S.S.) — followed by the Fall Beta Noble K.I.N.G.S. Within the first 90 days, the chapter engaged in more than 12 community activities.

2016

Continued Growth

Spring Gamma — Universal Gladiators of Freedom and Fall Delta — Great R.U.L.E.R.S. intake lines were conducted in 2016, further expanding the chapter's reach and brotherhood.

2017

Expanding the Legacy

Spring 2017 Line Brothers in M.O.T.I.O.N. The chapter assisted in standing up the Omicron Chapter in Maryland and the Ft. Lee Detachment in Petersburg, Virginia.

The chapter has grown to 28 members and continues to work towards Making other Noble Kappas (M.O.N.K.), serving communities across the DMV area through mentorship, selfless service, and recruitment.

Beta Chapter is proud to recognize Bro. Anthony Dozier for his outstanding achievement in graduating from the prestigious FBI National Academy, 297th Session, with honors on March 18, 2026, at the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA. The FBI National Academy is one of the most elite law enforcement training programs in the world, and Bro. Dozier's accomplishment reflects the values of excellence, discipline, and service that define Kappa Lambda Chi Military Fraternity, Inc. Bro. Dozier serves with the U.S. Pentagon Police Division in Washington, D.C., and continues to exemplify the highest standards of leadership and professionalism.

We believe it to be our responsibility to increase awareness of our organization's interest and intent within our communities while promoting the brand through engagement of mentorship, selfless service, volunteering, and recruitment.
